Q: I am interested in ordering large quantities of caramel apples. Is this possible? If so can I have them shipped to me?
A: We only offer the caramel apples in limited quantities for local pickup. We do not offer shipping on caramel apples at this time.
Q: How long is the shelf-life of the candy apples, and how should I store them?
A: The general answer is 4-7 days, depending on the climate and manner in which the apples are stored. Store the apples in a cool, dry area for short-term situations. We strongly recommend refrigerating the apples if longer life is desired. Refrigeration will help retard the natural degredation of the candy apple, but it will not eliminate the process. It is always best to eat the candy apples ASAP. Remember, once you start eating the apple, you will not be able to stop the "browning" process of the meat even with refrigeration. This is natural.
Q:
How soon will I receive my apples once ordered?
A: Because all orders are made fresh and in the order in which they are received(except special and bulk orders), delivery of your candy apples can take up to 14 days. Most orders do not take this long to fulfill, but please allow at least 10 days prior to requesting tracking or shipping information. Once the order is shipped, the tracking info is sent to you via email (provided that a valid email address was given at the time of order).
Q:
I ordered a particular flavor in the past, but I no longer see that flavor listed. Can I still call to order that flavor?
A: We try to keep our flavor list as exciting as possible. Periodically, we will rotate flavors, adding new flavors, and removing flavors that just aren't so popular. Our current list, which is on our website, includes all of the flavors that are available at that particular time. So if the flavor is not listed, more than likely it can not be ordered at that time.

I want to place a bulk or wholesale order for candy apples, do you offer a discount?
How far in advance should I place this order?
A: We do offer a discount for candy apple orders of 150 pieces or more. That discount rate is applied once the order is placed. We do not sell Wholesale, we just sell our candy apples at a discounted rate. The discounts may vary.
All bulk orders must be placed 30 days prior to desired delivery date. We strongly suggest that bulk orders be place at least 60 days prior to delivery date to insure that the order will be make our manufacturing schedule, especially during late summer and fall seasons. The best rule of thumb is to place the order ASAP.
